WOW Where to begin frist off don't mind my tyeping or spelling This converion is not just plug and play there is going to be a ton fitting with everything be prepaired to take calipers and brackets and rotors and wheels off 140072 times
1. caliper braket will need to be fitted to steering knuckle
2. calipers fitted to bracket small notch in caliper best way is to mount caliper on bottom hole using ext bolt with thick washer from MDA between cal an braket
tighten to get play out and pivot to top hole to get mark on cal remove as ness to get cal to top hole ext cal bolt has shoulder you will need to remove
about 75% to use
3. only 324 millimeter rotors can be used (not sold in the U.S.) (U.K. only)
4. you will need new front brake lines with banjo fittings. make sure you have brake line bolt with your calipers.
5.you will need to remove tin shield on lower ball joint (this cannot be used because of clearence issues)
6.you will need to sand roughness away until smooth at lower ball joint and top caliper mounting boss on steering knuckle.
7.you will need to buy or have made billet aluminum spacers you will need 2 for the fronts and 1 for the rears
8.you will need to buy new lug nuts all the way around (these are longer to catch more threads between stud and rim) (original lug nuts cannot be used)
9.again you will have to fit everything to get this to work properly with no clearence issues
10.spacers that I used were billet aluminum (do not used cast spacers they are not accurate ,too many holes slots will not center up)
11.these are the spacers that i used for front and back (may not be the exact thing for your car beacause of differences in steering knuckles, rotors, etc.
I would reccomend a 2 1/2 millimeter to 3 millimeter spacer between rotor and hub ,7 to 8 millimeter spacer between rotor and wheel,
A 10 millimeter spacer for the rears I'm sure there is something else I forgot pm me if you need to get ahold of me I will send you my cell# to help anybody trying to do this. I will get more pictures of the back side and post them as soon as I can by the way car stops unbelievebly faster than before . couple hundred miles on brakes so far no issues at all .
